Born and raised in Rishikesh, Amit Yogi trained at Kaivalyadham Yoga Institute in Pune and deepened his practice at Sivananda Ashram. He later mastered the Primary and Intermediate Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
With over 17 years of teaching experience, Amit has taught in India, China, Japan, Thailand, and Vietnam. He is an E-RYT 500 certified teacher and lead trainer for international YTTC programs.
